Team Substitutions

Only the persons named on your team roster shall be permitted to compete.

For insurance purposes, the International Dragon Boat Festival organization (registration desk on-site) must be notified of any substitutions. Only those persons identified on a team roster, including possessing a wristband on race-day and completed a signed waiver, shall be permitted to compete. These wristbands shall be distributed to team captains at the final team captains' meeting. Wristbands may not be transferred. Persons who are not on the roster as of the day of the event must sign in at the Information/Registration Tent and be issued a wristband if they wish to compete. They must also sign a waiver form.

Note: a person may only be a paddler for one team.
